About SPARK

Hi, I’m Sam Levick—the founder of SPARK PDHPE and SPARK littlies
With almost 15 years’ experience in early childhood education and working with children of all abilities, both in Australia and internationally, I’m deeply passionate about helping kids discover the joy of movement and play. My journey has taken me from classrooms to sports fields, coaching teams and individuals across a variety of sports, and witnessing firsthand how positive physical activity can transform lives.
I’m a lifelong sports enthusiast, having represented at the national level in Hockey and earned state medals in middle-distance athletics. I hold a Certificate III in Children’s Services, Certificates III & IV in Fitness, and I’m an accredited coach with Hockey Australia, Badminton Australia, and the IAAF for Athletics.
My philosophy is simple: early childhood is a pivotal time for children to explore, learn, and build the foundations of who they’ll become. I believe that quality physical education—delivered in a supportive, fun, and inclusive way—is essential for every child’s development, confidence, and lifelong wellbeing.
Through SPARK PDHPE, I empower schools and teachers with engaging, curriculum-aligned resources that make PE accessible and enjoyable for every student. With SPARK littlies, I bring imaginative, adventure-filled fitness sessions to children aged 0–12, both face-to-face and online—ensuring every child feels included, valued, and excited to move.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating safe, energetic, and positive experiences where all kids can thrive, have fun, and build a healthy future.
